1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, exhibiting at, sponsoring or otherwise participating in the Go Global Conference & International Trade Expo, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and tickets

Registration is complete only when full payment has been received and confirmed. Tickets and exhibitor packages are issued to the named registrant and may not be resold.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Badges are required for entry and must be worn at all times on site.

3. Payments

All fees are quoted in US dollars and are payable in advance through the official registration platform. Any bank charges, transfer fees or taxes are the responsibility of the payer.

4. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organisation subject to written notice before the event.

Refund eligibility is governed by our refund policy in force at the time of purchase; certain fees are non-refundable.

5. Exhibitors and sponsors

Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with venue rules, build and dismantle schedules, and any deadlines for artwork and logistics. Booth space is allocated at the organiser's discretion.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods, staffing, insurance and any permits or customs clearance required for materials brought into the venue.

6. Programme changes

The organiser may change the programme, speakers, venue, format or dates where necessary. Where the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer a comparable alternative where possible.

7. Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organiser may refuse entry to, or remove, any participant whose conduct is unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to others, without refund.

8. Travel, visas and accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visas and accommodation. Invitation letters may be provided on request for visa purposes but do not guarantee that a visa will be granted, and visa refusal does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

9. Media and intellectual property

The event is photographed, filmed and recorded, and participants consent to the use of such material in event coverage and promotion. All conference branding, content and materials remain the property of the organiser or the respective rights holders.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in the event, or for any indirect or consequential losses. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance.

11. Data protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, including its use for B2B matchmaking and event communications.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
