Go Global Conference & International Trade Expo — Terms & Conditions (Attendees)

Effective date: August 19, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Go Global Conference & International Trade Expo (the “Conference” or the “Event”) organized by Go Global Conference (“Go Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Event (in‑person or virtually), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you represent that you have authority to bind that individual to these Terms.

1) Registration & Eligibility

  • You must register through our official channels and provide accurate, current information.
  • Each ticket admits one individual. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are prohibited except where we expressly permit.
  • We may require government‑issued photo ID for badge pickup and venue access.
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must register for you and accompany you on‑site. The Event is not directed to children; see our Privacy Policy for details.

2) Ticket Types, Transfers & Access

We offer General In‑Person, VIP, Virtual, Complimentary (“Buyer–Complimentary”), and Group ticket categories.

  • Transfers: Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing payments@goglobalconference.com at least 7 days before the Event with your order number, full name, and the transferee’s full details. Transfers are subject to verification and availability of the same ticket category. Unauthorized resale or advertising of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Access Control: We may use badge/QR scanning for session access and capacity management. Misuse of credentials (including sharing virtual login details) may result in the revocation of access without refund.
  • Group Tickets: Group purchasers may reassign seats within the group consistent with the transfer rules above.

3) Payments, Taxes & Invoices

  • All fees are due at the time of registration unless we expressly offer and you complete an approved alternative arrangement.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and processing fees, which you are responsible for paying.
  • Payments are processed by third‑party providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.

4) Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and inclusive experience for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff.

Prohibited conduct includes harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive language, disruptive behavior, and the promotion of violence or illegal activity. We may, at our discretion and without refund, remove or deny admission to anyone violating this Code or venue rules. If you experience or witness a violation, contact Event staff on‑site or email payments@goglobalconference.com.

5) Venue Rules, Security & Health/Safety

  • You must comply with instructions from Event staff, venue rules, security screenings, and all applicable laws.
  • Prohibited items and bag checks may apply. We may refuse or revoke access for safety reasons.
  • We may implement health and safety protocols (e.g., emergency procedures or public‑health guidance). Your attendance is subject to compliance with these protocols.

6) Photography, Recording & Media

  • Attendee recording is prohibited during sessions/workshops unless we grant explicit permission.
  • By attending, you understand that we (and our contractors) may photograph, film, or otherwise record the Event. Your image, likeness, and voice may appear in Event documentation or promotional materials. See our Privacy Policy for more details and opt‑out options; you may also notify us at payments@goglobalconference.com or visit the on‑site help desk.
  • Press/media must request credentials in advance and comply with our recording guidelines.

7) Intellectual Property & Materials

  • All Event content and materials (presentations, slides, handouts, recordings, and digital content) are the intellectual property of Go Global or the respective rights holders.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit Event materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the rights holder. Limited personal use for reference is permitted unless otherwise stated.

8) Schedule Changes & Force Majeure

We may update the agenda, speakers, sessions, venue(s), or timing at any time. In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, weather, strikes, labor disputes, epidemics, government actions, venue damage, or utility failures), we may modify, postpone, move to virtual format, or cancel the Event. Your remedies are as set out in our Refund Policy.

9) Refunds, Cancellations & No‑Shows

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, summarized below for convenience (the Policy as published on our website controls in the event of conflict):

General In‑Person Tickets
Full refund: cancellations made ≥ 60 days before the Event.
50% refund: cancellations made 59–30 days before.
No refund: cancellations made < 30 days before.

VIP Tickets
Full refund: cancellations made ≥ 90 days before.
50% refund: cancellations made 89–60 days before.
No refund: cancellations made < 60 days before.

Virtual Tickets
Full refund: cancellations made ≥ 30 days before.
50% refund: cancellations made 29–14 days before.
No refund: cancellations made < 14 days before.

Buyer – Complimentary Tickets
No refunds (complimentary tickets have no monetary value).

General Group Tickets
• Same as General In‑Person timelines above.

VIP Group Tickets
• Same as VIP timelines above.

Refund Process
Email payments@goglobalconference.com with your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation. We will review eligibility under the Policy. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

Event Cancellation: If we cancel the Event, full refunds will be issued to ticket holders.
Transfers: See Section 2 (tickets are transferable with at least 7 days’ notice).

10) Third‑Party Interactions (Sponsors/Exhibitors)

Your interactions with sponsors, exhibitors, or other third parties—including product demos, prize drawings, lead scans, or business dealings—are solely between you and the third party. We are not responsible for third‑party products or services. Sharing your badge or consenting to a scan typically authorizes the third party to receive your contact details; see our Privacy Policy for details.

11) Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • You assume all risks associated with your participation and travel. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Event will not exceed the amount you paid to attend (if any). These limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

12) Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes how we process registration details, badge scans, communications, cookies, and photography/recordings.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date and, where required, notify registered attendees by email.

15) Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent; we may assign in connection with a reorganization or business transfer.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding attendance at the Event.
